Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours and ship-out the following day when credit card payment is processed.

Online Customers Returns.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
If you are not satisfy with the quality of our Jewelry, we will refund the value of the merchandise returned to us within 10 days from the date that you received the order. We only require that the Jewelry has not been worn and that it is packed in its original packaging; after 10 days and up to 30 days, a store-credit refund would apply. For exchanges, comply with above and specify new size, color and/or style needed. We will exchange for up to 30 days from date of purchase, provided that merchandise was not sold as a "Final Sale", "Close-Out" or a "Discontinued Item".

No Returns on sized rings, Special Orders or custom work.
